Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pulse Tracker (tracker.pulseandprosper.com), operated by Pulse and Prosper LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Pulse Tracker is a link-tracking and attribution platform: it generates trackable links, records clicks and conversions, and reports on performance. Feature availability (batch creation limits, automation, API access) depends on your plan tier, described at signup and on your billing page.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any API keys you generate confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pulse Tracker to create or promote links that:

• Point to illegal content, phishing pages, malware, or anything designed to deceive or defraud visitors.
• Violate the terms of the platform you're posting them on (social networks, ad platforms, etc.) — that's between you and that platform, not something we can police or take responsibility for.
• Are used to harass, stalk, or non-consensually track a specific individual.

We reserve the right to suspend links or accounts that violate this section, particularly where a destination is flagged as unsafe by our automated Guardian checks and a customer disables the resulting protections without cause.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. The Pulse Tracker Referral Program

If you promote Pulse Tracker itself using your own referral link, commission is calculated on paid subscriptions attributed to your referral code, at the rate shown in your dashboard at the time of the referral. We can change the referral rate for future signups; we won't retroactively reduce commission already earned on existing referred customers.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Features that connect to Meta Conversions API, or any service you add through Connected Services, operate under that third party's own terms in addition to ours. We aren't responsible for how a third-party platform uses data you choose to send it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Pulse Tracker running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for lost revenue or missed conversions due to downtime, though we'll work to minimize and communicate it when it happens.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pulse Tracker is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and Prosper LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
